Aside from the road photos are condition reports such as “Easy grade; Road fair; Hard Macadam Road.” “From Folsom to Sacramento the motorist needs no directions. There is only one road, and that is completed highway of excellent surface and level. A warning that the State Law prescribed a speed limit of 30 miles per hour on the highways, may not be entirely out of place here.”
