Sullivan; George Bernard Shaw; Chiang Kai-Shek; Gertrude Stein; plus numerous others. Amongst the subjects written about are international issues, discrimination, poetry, civil liberties, architecture, Against the Spirit of Fascism, literature and the arts, war and peace, etc. Photos throughout the volumes were taken by Georgia O'Keeffe; Ansel Adams, Eliot Porter, Todd Webb and Alfred Stieglitz. Expected very minor wear as expected but overall in very good condition.
