1st ed. 2nd printing, Revised prospectus issued following WWI for the Silver King Mining Co. The mine was located in what is now known as the North Santiam Mining District in Marion Co., 24 miles northwest of the summit of Mt. Jefferson, and 10 miles NE of Gates, OR. It had its own station on the Central and Eastern Railroad, with connecting roads and bridges. The Silver King Mine consisted of 12 mining claims over 240 acres, was an underground mining operation producing at its best 1.6 -40.8 ounces per ton of silver and trace. 07 ounces per ton of gold along with lead and zinc.

Langmack (1870-1939) was an entrepreneurial mining engineer and machinist, who first organized and formed the productive Silver King Mining Co. before 1910 and continued as president during its production run continuing after WWI when he also became agent for Standard Oil of California.

Worldcat locates 3 copies of the 1916 w/32 pgs. (UCSD, Yale and University of Oregon is incomplete copy lacking half of prospectus), and an 8 pg, 1920 prospectus, but no copies of this issue.
