No. 16. 4 pages. 13 ¼ x 20 inches. “The Record will become an eight page paper just so soon as the business will warrant the increased expense.” The office is prepared to print twenty pages each week if necessary.” No issues of this newspaper are recorded in any institution. Gregory’s “Union List of American Newspapers” believes the paper existed for about half a year from 1889-1890. It records the Bancroft Library as the only institution that held any issues, but they were deaccessioned many years ago. This issue is from the Bancroft.
