Printed at the "National" Office, Moundsville, W.Va. 1 sheet 12 1/4" x 17 1/2". Moundsville is located within West Virginia's northern panhandle, along the Ohio River. Marshall County was named after Chief Justice John Marshall who was born within its vicinity. Minor expected wear, normal folds, light foxing and a closed split to the letter "I" in the first word "Public". Over all a vg broadside not located on OCLC.
